Hello lovely ladies, We need to restart a cake/coffee morning occasional get together and I thought I’d be the first to do it! 3 reasons - 1- Its always brilliant to have a natter over cake and coffee & we never have enough time to catch up... 2 - I am trying to perfect my Hummingbird Bakery cupcakes (yes I am serious) 3 - I am heading back to the UK to raise funds for the Pilgrims hospice that cared so beautifully for my Mum so if you are happy to do so would ask for a small, small donation. (in exchange for a cupcake!) What many of you know is that I am desperate for a dog. I am not allowed a dog. The fund raiser is a dog walk along the Kent coast. I am going with family and friends who all are lucky enough to have dogs. As I will be the only one without a dog (I am not allowed a dog incase I havent mentioned that already) I will be dressing up as a dog. Surely thats worth a euro and if it isn’t then my cupcake should be!!! Would be lovely if you could make it, please let me know so I can tot up numbers!
